"Xing Fu Yuan" has been making five-ren moon cakes for more than 160 years. It has always used traditional recipes, using local characteristic flax oil and refined flour, and selected raisins, peanuts, melon seeds, etc. as fillings to make ordinary moon cakes, reunion moon cakes and " Pulp doll" moon cakes and so on.

In addition, the process of making moon cakes is completed with traditional handicrafts, so that the original flavor of the old city will welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival.
