A 32-year-old employee of a daycare center in Berlin is suspected of having sexually abused several children cared for there.
In five cases, reports have now been made, the police said on Tuesday.
The first notification was received on August 25th and four more in the past week.
The officials did not initially provide any further details.
According to "Bild", which first reported on the case, the Kita management informed about it on Monday as part of a parents' meeting. According to the report, a woman collapsed and had to be treated by paramedics. The police did not want to confirm this on Tuesday when asked.
