The now ex-ministers and presidents of the institutions were summoned to a meeting at the headquarters of the Guinean Parliament on Monday, September 6, and each refusal to attend will be considered a " 

rebellion

 ", warned the putschists, who have captured the head of state Alpha Condé on Sunday and dissolved the institutions.

The coup d'etat was greeted by scenes of jubilation in Conakry, but it was condemned by the UN, the African Union and France.

All three called for the immediate release of the Guinean president.
