In accordance with the dispatching instructions of the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission, the Danjiangkou Reservoir on the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project increased the discharge flow and opened a weir gate for flood discharge.
At present, the Danjiangkou Dam has opened 6 deep hole gates and 3 weir gates for flood discharge, with a discharge flow of 9,100 cubic meters per second.
