recipe

For 4 people : 

  • 1kg of frog legs

  • 1 head of garlic 

  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • 150g butter 

  • A little flour

  • A handful of almonds 

1. Cut the frog legs


2. Chop the garlic 


3. Chop the parsley


4. Crush the almonds


5. Saute the thighs in a pan over high heat (the olive oil must be very hot), reduce the heat , add the butter and then the garlic.

6. Cook for 3 minutes, then add the chopped parsley and the already crushed almonds.  

Serve immediately.
