Most areas will have moderate to heavy rain and local heavy rain, accompanied by thunder and lightning and local short-term heavy rainfall.

There was still rain from the night of the 4th to the morning of the 6th, and the rainfall was intermittent. The rain was not strong, and the magnitude was mainly light rain.

The rain ended on the 6th afternoon.

  Since the flood season (June 1-August 31), there have been 62 rainfall processes in Beijing, which is 30% more than the same period last year.

The average rainfall in Beijing is 627.4 mm, 70% and 60% more than the same period of normal years (373 mm) and the same period of the past ten years (395.4 mm), which is the highest in the past 20 years.

During the flood season, the precipitation is less in the early period and obviously more in the middle and late periods.

The precipitation in June only accounts for 10.7% of the total precipitation during the flood season, and the precipitation gradually increases since late June.

63.8% of the rainfall during the flood season was concentrated in July, and the rainfall in mid-July reached 196.5 mm, accounting for 30% of the total rainfall during the flood season.
