Affected by rainfall, there were 29 flood peaks in 18 stations on 15 rivers in the province.

  It is understood that at 4:30 on the 4th, the Shengxiancun Station of the Xushui River exceeded the flood peak at 1780 (guarantee 1500), and the Youshuihe Youshui Street Station exceeded the peak at 4:30 on the 4th in 1990 (alert 500), which was 1958. At 20 o'clock on the 3rd, a comprehensive inspection of the defense on duty in 99 counties (districts) in 10 cities was carried out, focusing on spot checks on small reservoirs, silt dams, and mountain flood disaster prevention and control persons responsible for heavy rainfall to ensure that they are on duty.

The Provincial General Defense Department dispatched a flood prevention working group of the Provincial Water Resources Department to Yan'an to supervise and inspect.

As of 8 o'clock on the 4th, a total of 18,141 households and 43,798 people from the danger zone had been evacuated from the rain area during this round. The disaster situation of water conservancy facilities is being counted.

  At present, the rainfall is still ongoing, and water conservancy departments at all levels in Shaanxi are ready to implement detailed defense measures to minimize disaster losses.
