There were 5 newly imported cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad. Guangzhou reported 2 cases from Japan and Kazakhstan; Shenzhen reported 1 case from Indonesia; Foshan reported 2 cases from the United Kingdom and South Sudan.
4 new cases were discharged.
As of 24:00 on September 4, Guangdong Province has reported a total of 3087 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (1520 imported from abroad).
73 cases are currently in hospital.
