The rear-end collision of the four-wheel tractor resulted in 15 deaths, including one of the driver of the heavy-duty semi-trailer; 14 people died on the four-wheel tractor, and one person was injured in treatment.

After the accident, Boli County promptly organized personnel from relevant departments of public security, fire fighting, health, emergency, transportation, and civil affairs to the scene to carry out rescue, treatment and after-care work.
At present, 15 victims of the accident have been identified, and one injured has been transferred to Qitaihe City People’s Hospital for treatment. The Heilongjiang Provincial Health Commission has sent experts to treat it with all-out efforts. No life is in danger.
Regarding this major traffic accident, Zhang Qingwei, secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, gave instructions, demanding that the wounded be treated with all efforts and the aftermath should be done in earnest.
