Many women who wanted to get a high salary went to apply for a job but were asked to take a loan for plastic surgery, and they were burdened with debts when they didn't get the job.

　　On September 1, the Beijing Chaoyang Court opened a trial involving a “beauty loan” fraud case, which uncovered this fraud routine.

　　Want 80,000 monthly salary

　　In July 2019, a 22-year-old girl, Nana, saw a job posting on a recruitment website, saying that she was recruiting for the position of assistant president with a high salary.

After submitting the resume, a man who claimed to be Mr. Jin added her WeChat account.

After the two parties met, President Jin promised to introduce her to the boss as a personal assistant with a monthly salary of 80,000 yuan.

　　In late July, Mr. Jin took her to meet a client Mr. Wang, "Mr. Wang said that I have an additional clause." After that, Nana never met Mr. Wang again.

　　When the additional terms were signed on August 1, only Mr. Wang’s driver, Zhao Jun, was present.

Nana said: "I read the contents of the main four points: to do a small adjustment; 24 installments of loan must be made; the loan is repaid by Mr. Wang; to help me rent a house and give me living expenses."

　　Nana was recommended by Zhao Jun to a beauty clinic. A consultant told Nana that she needed to do eye opening, eye tail, double eyelid, double eyelid liposuction, lip augmentation, facial filling, rhinoplasty, face thinning and other items. The price is 100,000.

　　After the plastic surgery, Nana lost contact with the above three people.

Nana, who really didn't have the money, thought she had been cheated, and finally chose to call the police.

"I didn't receive any money promised by the other party, and I went to the hospital to ask for an explanation. I have paid off the three-phase loan of more than 20,000 yuan."

　　Use high salaries as a guise

　　Trick plastic surgery only for commission

　　After investigation, Zhao Jun and President Jin are both fictitious identities, and they are not capable of helping people get a high-paying job.

Zhao Jun was actually Xu who was born in 1993. The true identity of "Mr. Jin" is Wang who was born in 1985. The latter two were arrested on September 18, 2020 by the Chaoyang Branch of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau on suspicion of fraud. arrest.

　　Between April and October 2019, Xu and Wang defrauded 9 women for a total of more than 400,000 yuan at a beauty clinic in Wangjing, Chaoyang District, Beijing, for recruiting high-paying positions and requiring cosmetic surgery.

Among the deceived persons, the youngest was 19 years old and the oldest was 33 years old.

　　According to the public security agency, the intermediary agency involved is a criminal gang, and the man Xu is the leader of the gang.

He and Ms. Wang, the head of a medical aesthetic clinic in Wangjing, Beijing, agreed to cooperate as a market channel.

　　Xu's Zhao is responsible for managing keyboard players such as Fu, Li and others, using multiple company accounts to post false high-paying recruitment president assistants and other information on the Internet to trick women into applying for the job.

Later, Xu, Wang and others usually refused to provide candidates with corresponding positions on the grounds that the boss had a car accident or the boss was in a coma.

　　In the court, Xu and Wang both pleaded guilty.

　　Wang said that his fraudulent behavior has no fixed routines. Generally, he introduces recruitment to people who want to "get high salaries easily", with the purpose of letting them go for plastic surgery and earn a profit from it.

"I have introduced 10 people in total, and about 3 of them have done loan reshaping, making a total of 50,000 to 60,000 in profits."

　　Xu said that after deducting the cost, they divided it into three to seven shares with the hospital. “We take 70% of the amount of the project, and the hospital takes 30%.” Sometimes Xu will give 10% of the money earned to the plastic surgery person, he explained "Because it is a loan for plastic surgery, there is a certain recovery period after the operation, to give her some sweetness, and to prevent them from having such a great psychological pressure."

　　He said that the reason why Nana believed that she could help her find a job as an assistant to the president was because "I told her that I had the resources to pack her, and that the appearance improved and the salary would be better."

Xu made 30,000 or 40,000 in this single.

　　The public prosecutor believes that Xu and Wang used the purpose of illegal possession, fabricated facts, concealed the truth, and defrauded the victim of a huge amount of money. They should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of fraud.

Given that the two voluntarily pleaded guilty and pleaded guilty, they can be dealt with lightly in accordance with the law.

Xu actively refunded the compensation after arriving in the case, voluntarily refunding 216,000 yuan, and Wang voluntarily refunded 165,248 yuan after arriving in the case. The public prosecution agency recommended that Xu be sentenced to 4 years and 9 months in prison for fraud and fined, and Wang was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment. 4 years and 6 months, and fined.
