A new era is dawning in Afghanistan.
The United States has definitively completed its military withdrawal, on the night of Monday to Tuesday.
The Taliban, who took power on August 15, now reign supreme over the country.
For the past two weeks, Afghanistan has lived to the rhythm of emergency evacuations orchestrated by the West.
More than 123,000 people, Afghans and foreigners, were thus able to be exfiltrated from the country.
Thousands more are still stranded in place.
