There is no exaggeration in that, and this situation is a reality that many people touch in their daily dealings with delivery companies, as they never care about any complaints, especially complaints about excessive delays, which has become an inherent feature of these companies. Unfortunately, these people exploit the free market policy in order to control and manipulate the market, and take advantage of the facilities granted by the state to companies and investors, to achieve the highest profits at the lowest costs and lowest services. Therefore, they set their fees however they want, at high rates of up to 35% of the value of each invoice plus the delivery fees that they pay. The consumer pays them, in exchange for normal services, but rather works according to their mood, covering what they want from the residential areas, and excluding other areas, which affects the consumer, and therefore many restaurants have stopped dealing with these companies in rejection of their unfair policies, and despite the lack of a suitable alternative for them. , but they are tired of taking advantage of these companies.

Solutions must be found to break this hegemony, and these companies to provide service must rise to the level of services in the Emirates, whether in terms of form, quality, commitment, or respect for customers, and an end must be put to their dominance over prices and causing them damage to other economic sectors. And harming consumers, otherwise their power and power will increase with time, and they will become the first and last controllers in important economic sectors.
