In the video, a woman quarreled with the passengers, and the two sides quarreled on the subway.
Later, the woman was dragged out of the carriage by subway security personnel. On the way, her clothes were torn apart and her belongings were scattered on the ground.
On the 31st, the Xi’an Metro Operation Branch issued a statement stating: “The woman abused the passengers around her while riding the train, and had physical conflicts with some people, which seriously affected the order of the train. Together, the passengers took the female passenger out of the carriage."
In response to the incident, the official WeChat account of the Ministry of Transport said in response to netizens’ comments, “The incident has been reported and is being processed. Thank you for your attention.”
