In July last year, a restaurant exploded in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, killing and injuring 20 people because the gas pipes installed that did not comply with national standards were corroded and subsequent inspections were not carried out properly. If it happened, the police are nearby, and in each case, the president of the store operating company and the person in charge of the company that installed the gas pipe and the person in charge of the corporation that inspected it will be sent documents on suspicion of accidental fatal injury in business. Interviews with investigators revealed that it had been solidified.

In July last year, an explosion occurred at the "Shabushabu Onna Koriyama Shin-Sakura-dori Store" in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, killing a man who was working on the renovation of the store and causing serious and minor injuries to 19 people including neighboring residents. The remainder was damaged.

Police investigations to date have shown that the gas pipes in the tufts had cracks and holes that appeared to have been created by corrosion before the explosion, and that the propane gas that leaked from them ignited for some reason.

According to investigators, the gas pipe in question was installed in a manner that did not comply with national standards when the store was constructed in 2006, and was left unattended without measures to prevent corrosion, and was entrusted with legal inspections. It is said that the security agency was aware of this and decided that there was no problem without checking in detail.

In addition, the police were close to the police, saying that the accident occurred because the store management company did not manage the store properly, and both companies and inspections that installed gas pipes with the president of the store management company at that time It was found that a total of four people, including the person in charge of the security agency, had decided to send documents on suspicion of accidental fatal injury.

It is our policy to send documents on suspicion of negligent injury in business, saying that the relationship with the explosion cannot be denied even for the dead man.
