Online video shows that a woman on Xi'an Metro Line 3 was dragged off by security after suspected of having a dispute with others.

The video has attracted widespread attention.

The Xi'an Metro Operating Branch said on the 31st that after being transferred to monitoring and verification, a female passenger quarreled with other passengers on the No. 3 train at about 17:38 pm on August 30.

During this period, the passenger continued to insult the passengers around him and had physical conflicts with some passengers, which seriously affected the order in the carriage.

The train security officers immediately dissuaded the train after they found it. After repeated unsuccessful persuasion, in order to ensure the order of the train, the security personnel and other enthusiastic passengers took the female passenger out of the train after the train arrived at Dayan Pagoda Station at 17:45.

During the period, the passenger refused to get off the train because of a fierce reaction. To ensure the safety of the subway, the station staff promptly called the police to assist in handling.

Subsequently, the passenger, accompanied by security personnel, left on his own after arriving at the destination, which did not have a major impact on the order in the subsequent carriage.

The Xi'an Metro Operating Branch said it would like to thank the enthusiastic passengers for their understanding and support of subway work.

At the same time, the general public is reminded that passengers travel in a civilized manner. If they encounter uncivilized behavior, they must promptly seek help from subway staff or police to jointly create a civilized and harmonious public environment.
