The health authorities in Germany reported 4559 new corona infections to the RKI within one day.

North Rhine-Westphalia has the highest incidence with 127.7 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days.

This is followed by Bremen (83.7) as well as Hamburg and Saarland, each with an incidence of 82.3.

The values ​​are lowest in Saxony-Anhalt (15.0), Saxony (20.3) and Thuringia (21.9).

The RKI has counted 3,937,106 detected infections with Sars-CoV-2 since the beginning of the pandemic.
