INGREDIENTS

  • Quinoa

  • Rice

  • Marinated salmon

  • Guacamole

  • Edamame

  • Pineapple

  • Peanuts

  • Nori seaweed

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Chive

  • Sesame

  • Mango Sauce

PREPARATION

The first thing to do is

marinate the salmon

with the soy sauce for at least 12 hours.

Important: avoid salt, since soy does that.

Then, we must

cook the rice and quinoa,

separately.

If you want to give the quinoa more flavor, it is recommended to toast it before cooking it: it will have a crunchy touch that will make the poke more palatable.

And it is also advisable to drain it very well, so that it does not pile up and remain loose.

With these two ingredients already cooked, we put them at the base of a bowl and, on top,

we add the rest

of the products: the salmon cut into cubes, the edamame, the pineapple also diced, a handful of peanuts, the nori seaweed cut into thin strips, another handful of pipes, chives cut into very small pieces and sesame.

To complete the poke, we add guacamole and an

emulsified mango sauce,

a sweet touch.
