Lawyer Samir Sabry had indicated in the lawsuit that “since the beginning of (Mabrouk Attia)’s appearance on television, it has become a subject for ridicule and mockery of this method he is using,” stressing that “this matter is not worthy of an Azhari preacher and scholar whom people take as an example and a reference for them, And some of the words he uses in his episodes are the subject of ridicule and sarcasm. The preacher must adhere to the minimum behaviors of communication with people and appear on television screens, and feel his words, movements and gestures that he takes, whether intentionally or not, until it came to the fact that some people took the quoted videos. From the episodes of his program, and they imitated and ridiculed him through social media platforms and pages.”
