Josh Duhamel to Cast for NBC's Upcoming "True Crime"

Josh Duhamel will play Renee Zellweger in

, an NBC series devoted to the murder of Betsy Faria in 2011. Crime has fascinated America for a decade.

In 2013, Russ Faria, the victim's husband, was convicted of the murder before being acquitted in a second trial in 2015 thanks to the consideration of new evidence found by Joel Schwartz, his lawyer, who will be played by Josh Duhamel.

For her part, Renee Zellweger will play the role of Pam Hupp who was indicted for the first degree murder of Betsy Faria as recently as this year.
