The project "The future library" was started by the Scottish artist Katie Paterson and Tsitsi Dangarembga's new works will - like the other authors - be printed on book pages made of the 1,000 trees planted in Nordmarka outside Olso in 2014. She decides the length and scope of the text herself .

It will not be printed until 2114 and until then it will be stored in a room at the Deichman Library in Olso.

Tsitsi Dangarembga was among the finalists for the Booker Prize for her latest novel "A body to mourn", which will soon be translated into Swedish.
