Wang Jinsong, deputy director of the Yangzhou Municipal Health Commission, reported that at 0-24 o'clock on the 24th, one new confirmed case of local new coronary pneumonia in Yangzhou was light and came from a centralized isolation point.

This is also the only new local confirmed case in Jiangsu from 0-24 on the 24th.

　　According to reports, the new cases are the family members of the previously confirmed cases. According to the current situation, the previously confirmed cases were infected by the neighbors next door during the home management of the enclosed community, and then spread to the new cases on the 24th.

Since August 18, new cases will be centrally isolated and managed as a close connection of confirmed cases. Nucleic acid tests will be conducted every day until the nucleic acid test results are positive on the 24th, and they will be diagnosed as confirmed cases by experts.

　　Up to now, Yangzhou has reported a total of 569 local confirmed cases.

After meticulous treatment by medical staff and evaluation by experts, 27 confirmed patients reached the discharge standard and were transferred to designated hospitals for rehabilitation on that day, and a total of 202 cases were discharged.

　　According to a report from the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission on the 25th, a total of 819 local confirmed cases have been reported in Jiangsu Province since July 20 (235 in Nanjing, 12 in Huai'an, 569 in Yangzhou, and 3 in Suqian).

A total of 315 local confirmed cases have been discharged from hospital.

　　As of 24:00 on the 24th, a total of 101 confirmed cases were treated at Yangzhou Third People’s Hospital, including 24 mild cases and 77 ordinary cases; 266 confirmed cases are currently in the Tangshan District of Nanjing Second Hospital (Nanjing Public Health Medical Center) treatment, including 36 cases of mild type and 230 cases of normal type.
