267 km from Lomé, the Togolese capital, the populations now have a photovoltaic plant to have electric energy.
This plant is to serve nearly 160,000 households in the prefecture of Blitta and surrounding villages.
It should be one of the most important in sub-Saharan Africa according to the constructive society.
