Recently, a 5-year-old girl in Tianmen, Hubei, was trapped while riding alone in an elevator. The girl responded calmly and dialed 119 to call the police for help. She clearly explained the situation. The firefighters who arrived later successfully rescued her.
When the firefighters arrived at the scene, they found that the little girl was crying in the elevator.
Considering that the little girl was emotionally unstable, the firefighters immediately decided to use a demolition tool to pry open the elevator door.
After about 5 minutes of rescue, the trapped little girl successfully escaped, and the firefighters gave the little girl a thumbs up for her calm behavior asking for help.
Then the firefighters contacted the little girl’s family to take her home. Before leaving, the firefighters told the parents not to let their children take the elevator alone.
