  Recently, affected by the rainfall and upstream water in the Han River Basin and the flood discharge of Danjiangkou Reservoir, the water level of the middle and lower reaches of the Han River has continued to rise.

At 16:00 on August 25, the water level of Hanjiang Xingou Station was 26.00 meters, reaching the set waterproof level and will continue to rise.

  According to the requirements of the "Wuhan City Urban Flood Control Emergency Plan", combined with the current flood and rain conditions, the Wuhan Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters will discuss and study and decide that from 16:00 on August 25, the Wuhan City Flood Control Level IV emergency response will be initiated.

Jianghan District, Qiaokou District, Hanyang District, Caidian District, Dongxihu District, and all units along the Han River will strictly follow the division of responsibilities and relevant regulations of the urban flood control emergency plan, implement the flood control responsibilities of the water affairs department and the special control unit, and pay close attention to the water and rain conditions. Encrypted monitoring consultations and strengthened linkage coordination; strict implementation of the duty system, timely reporting of flood control information to the Municipal Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters; strengthening the inspection and duty of flood control facilities such as the Han River embankment and key dangerous sections, and do a good job in flood control and drainage to ensure the safety of flood control.
