The bait of gain.

This is illustrated by the cover of the

Nevermind

album

, the legendary album by the group Nirvana, which will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in September.

However, a few days before this anniversary, it is not the songs it contains that are talking about this disc but its illustration.

A true symbol of pop culture, we see a naked baby walking towards a dollar bill hanging from a hook.

Today the infant has grown up and expresses his dissatisfaction.

30-year-old Spencer Elden filed a complaint this week for child pornography.

According to Robert Y. Lewis, the attorney for the grown-up baby, the addition of the phished dollar on the wallet made his client appear to be "a sex worker" when he was only four months old.

"The defendants intentionally marketed Spencer's child pornography and took advantage of the shocking nature of his image to promote themselves and their music at his expense," reads the file to which

Variety

had access.

$ 150,000 requested from each party

According to the American media, Spencer Elden attacks Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, the two members of the group still alive, as well as Courtney Love as executor of Kurt Cobain's will, but also Guy Oseary and Heather Parry, who manage the estate of the singer, photographer Kirk Weddle, artistic director Robert Fisher as well as several record companies. A total of 17 parties are targeted by this attack. From each, Spencer Elden asks $ 150,000, or 128,000 euros.

Five years ago, Spencer Elden already expressed his resentment in a portrait of

Time

that was granted to him.

"It's quite difficult, you feel like you're famous for nothing, but you really haven't done anything other than their album.

[…] It's hard not to get upset when you learn how much money has been involved, my human rights have been revoked, ”he explained at the time.

In the past, Spencer Elden has recreated Nirvana's album cover on various occasions, including

Nevermind's

tenth, seventeenth, twentieth and twenty-fifth birthdays

.

If he had never mentioned child pornography before, the famous baby has always claimed that his parents had never been compensated beyond the 200 dollars they had received on the day of the shooting.
