Affected by the recent heavy rainfall in the Yangtze River Basin, a new round of flooding occurred in the Three Gorges area.
The Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources issued a dispatch order to dispatch the Three Gorges Reservoir from the reservoir at 12 o'clock on August 23 at the full capacity of the generating unit.
