If you look at the weather map of Korea, the low pressure that approached from the West Sea yesterday (24th) moved to the East Sea and escaped, and a long stagnant front is visible under the southern coast.
Rain clouds are buried here and there in Jeju, southern and central regions along the current stagnant front, and heavy rain warnings have also been issued in the mountainous areas of Jeju and some along the Jeollanam-do coast, where strong red rain clouds are visible.
In the morning, rain clouds will spread across the country, so there will be a quiet state at night in many places.
Up to 100mm or more of heavy rain is expected in the southern coast of Jeollanam-do and in the mountainous areas of Jeju, 30-80mm in Chungnam, Honam, and Gyeongnam, and 5 to 60mm in other areas including Seoul.
During the daytime, heavy rain will fall in Jeju, southern and Chungcheong areas.
The daytime temperature will be below 30 degrees today, and there will be many rainy days until next week.
