Stockholm drug dealer: high-ranking people are the best customers

A recent investigation by Swedish TV on the sale of narcotic drugs in Stockholm revealed that drug dealers have high-ranking clients in the country.

According to the investigation, a drug dealer in the capital, Stockholm, said that he sells narcotics to people from the capital and its suburbs, claiming that “high-ranking people” are his best customers because they return permanently and some of them buy from him daily.

The dealer said in a video recording - after hiding his face and disguising his voice - that he has been dealing in drugs in Stockholm for more than 10 years, indicating that the matter began with a dream of being rich and then entered a circle from which he could not get out.

"Cocaine is the substance from which drug dealers make more money, because the addict is willing to do anything to get it," he added.

The press investigation also revealed that the production of a gram of cocaine in the Colombian Catatumbo region is about 8 Swedish crowns (0.78 euros), while it is sold on the Swedish street more than a hundred times (about 800 crowns, or about 78 euros).

The investigation stated that the drug trade in Sweden is part of a global criminal trade with an annual estimated value of 486 billion euros.

In Sweden, about 40 people are killed each year in shootings, most of them linked to drug gangs.

The dealer interviewed by Swedish television said that he himself was in prison for using violence against someone who owes him money, and confirmed that he had lost many childhood friends after they were killed because of the drug trade.
