With the approval of the Supreme People’s Court of China, the Nansha Court will focus on first-instance foreign-related, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan civil and commercial cases in the five administrative regions of Guangzhou, Nansha, Panyu, Huangpu, Tianhe, and Zengcheng starting from January 1, 2019.
