On the 20th of this month, a fire in a condominium in the center of Kagoshima City was confirmed to have killed two children and three mothers living in this room.
After 4:00 am on the 20th of this month, a room on the second floor of an apartment in Shimoarata 4-chome, Kagoshima City was burnt, killing three people, including children.
As a result of the police conducting a DNA test of the three people, it was confirmed that they were parents and children who could not be contacted after the fire.
The three who died were a part-time employee, Mari Fukumura (35), and Fukumura's children, Raito Ono (8) and Anmika Ono (6).
According to the investigation so far, there are 3 rooms in total, the kitchen and 2 rooms, and the bran near the kitchen in the room where 3 people had collapsed was burning most violently.
Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
