On August 17, Yunnan Xishuangbanna Border Management Detachment Xinghai Seizure Point found a case of insoles hiding drugs. Two suspects disguised as tea dealers were seen driving through the seizure point, and 1.2 kilograms of methamphetamine were seized on the spot.

At 7 a.m. that day, when the police on duty at the investigation point routinely inspected a car, they questioned two passengers in the car. The two who claimed to be tea merchants said that they had just come from a tea field leased by him in a certain border town. Ready to fly to Jinghong.

The two men with a nervous look aroused suspicion by the police on duty.

Afterwards, a key inspection was performed on the two of them. When the soles of one of them were checked, it was found that there was a layer of "insoles" with red particles pasted with transparent tape under the insoles.

This person argued that it was a "massage insole." The police on duty saw the clue at a glance and immediately controlled the two of them.

Through the inspection, drug tablets were found under the 4 insoles in the shoes worn by the two suspects, and a mound of drugs was seized from the back bag of the vehicle. After identification and weighing, 1.2 kg of methamphetamine was seized.
