On August 19, 2021, the Fuzhou Pulmonary Hospital network reported a confirmed case of imported new coronary pneumonia in Taiwan.
The relevant situation is now notified as follows:
1. Flow and regulation
Zhang Moumou, male, 16 years old, went to Taiwan in April 2021. During his stay in Taiwan, he tested positive for nucleic acid on May 19 and had no clinical symptoms. He was released after 13 days of isolation and observation; Nucleic acid test results in Taiwan were negative.
On July 20, he entered Shanghai with his mother by plane from Taiwan, and was quarantined in Shanghai for 14 days after entering the country.
The isolation was lifted on August 3, and on August 4, take the high-speed train (G1635, carriage 6) from Shanghai Hongqiao Station to Fuzhou Station, and then take the high-speed train (G325, carriage 14) to Fuqing Station, and transfer to Longtian Town’s home in a closed loop for 7 days Home health monitoring, nucleic acid tests were negative on August 4 and 10, and the home health monitoring was lifted on August 10, and Fuqing City continued to conduct health monitoring.
On August 18, Fuqing City arranged a nucleic acid test for him, and the result was suspiciously positive.
On August 19, the city's Center for Disease Control and Prevention reviewed the original specimen and found that the Da'an reagent double target was positive.

August 11: Work in the village committee of Dongting Village, Longtian Town in the morning, stay for a few minutes, wearing a mask during the period; at 16:00 to Fuqing City Second Hospital to get the new crown virus vaccine, the vaccination is completed at 17:22, stay for half an hour and return Home, return home at 18:30, wear a mask during the whole period.

August 12-August 14: No going out at home.
August 15: I went to Longtian Honey Beef Cattle for a buffet at 18:00, and returned home at 20:41. There was no other history of going out on that day.
August 16: 18:21 Went to Longtian Huikeduo Supermarket for shopping, stayed for more than 1 hour, wearing a mask during the period, and returned home at 21:31.

August 17: No going out at home.
August 18: 8:44 by special car to the nucleic acid sampling point (Honglu connection station) for sampling, 10:39 by special car to send home.
At 17:12, pick up the express at the express counter of Shentong Store, No. 233, Longqian Road, Longtian Town, sign for the express at 17:27, then go to the Yuantong and Zhongtong express supermarkets diagonally opposite to Dongting Primary School in Longtian Town, sign for the express at 17:37, and then return home .
There was no other history of going out on that day.
At 1:20 on August 19, Zhang XX was transferred to Fuzhou Pulmonary Hospital for further investigation and diagnosis, during which fever symptoms occurred.
2. Disposal
As of 12:00 on August 19, 13 of his close contacts have been investigated, and 14 people have been in close contact. All of them have implemented quarantine control measures, and the nucleic acid test results are all negative.
Thirty specimens of articles and environment from relevant places have been collected, and the nucleic acid test results are all negative.
The expanded population sampled 2433 samples, and the nucleic acid test results were all negative.
3. Relevant requirements
