I would like to answer the Americans and their satellites, who continue to try to stop Nord Stream 2, in English, to make it clearer.

It's the economy, stupid!

The phrase, which translates as "This is the economy, you dumbass!"

Bush lost that election, and Clinton won.

The phrase once addressed to Bush is more relevant today than ever.

It is noteworthy that the American formulated it, referring to his compatriot.

It is extremely laconic and to the point, in a language that is extremely clear to our Western "partners".

What kind of policy can there be in Nord Stream 2, if even now, in summer, gas in Europe costs $ 585 per 1,000 cubic meters?

Prices rise, ordinary consumers pay out of their own pockets and inevitably ask questions of their own governments, which arrange this whole theater with sticks in the wheels of the gas pipeline.

If Nord Stream 2 had been completed last year, as planned, the Europeans would have received this gas under long-term contracts at a price of $ 200 per 1,000 cubic meters.

Simple mathematics and banal economics.

Europeans are already paying for their vassal dependence on the United States from their wallets - this is a real state of affairs that would be nice to realize. Moreover, as our Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says, many politicians in the EU understand the dead end of this line, but "a very aggressive Russophobic minority is running the show there." And they can't do anything.

Until quite recently it seemed that such a Russophobic policy, consistently pursued by our western neighbors, is unshakable and there is no indication for a change in the general line. However, today we see an important thing: Akela missed. The United States is sinking deeper and deeper into the cycle of its own problems. Their statehood is crumbling from the inside through the gathering momentum of BLM, a culture of abolition, and so on. They themselves undermine their own foundation, gradually lose their former grip, and this will inevitably manifest itself on the international circuit.

Whatever the explanations of the current US presidential administration regarding their position on Nord Stream 2, it is obvious today that America's imbalance is a direct reality of today.

It is increasingly difficult for the Americans to select arguments for their European allies about the harm to them from Nord Stream 2.

Over time, it will be more and more difficult for America to hold vassal-dependent territories (and in fact, de facto colonies) around the world.

The decomposition process has already begun, and, most likely, it is irreversible.

The “Great Reset” is also failing, and it is unlikely that sane actors of the European economy, not affiliated with the supranational elite, will commit suicide.

After all, accepting the rules of the game proposed by the Americans, leading to an increase in the cost of production of leading European companies that need cheaper energy resources, is economic suicide. Political death will inevitably follow.

So there will be Nord Stream 2, and this, as they say, is an absolutely medical fact.

It has long been senseless to appeal to the common sense of Americans or Europeans; today, insane postmodernity is flourishing in all spheres of relations - and in geopolitics above all.

But the language of money has always been clear to our Western colleagues.

Gas supplies from the USSR to Western Europe did not stop during the most serious exacerbations, despite any sanctions.

Nobody wants to lose money, but everyone wants to make money.

Nothing personal just business.

We will end with this famous American phrase, which also does not lose its relevance.

Yes, and if someone in Ukraine still thinks that their position is interesting to someone in Europe or America, then let them tell about it to those Afghans who tried to fly from Kabul, clinging to the wheels of planes.
