It is understood that during the import process of the AW109E helicopter, tariffs and import value-added tax are exempted from 613,000 yuan, which is about 15%.
This indicates that the Hainan Free Trade Port's "zero-tariff" imported vehicles and yachts have achieved full coverage of land, sea and air.
