They are often on the front line, during clashes between demonstrators and the police ... These photojournalists who cover demonstrations have found themselves, in recent years, in the middle of increasingly violent gatherings.

This violence is added to growing precariousness and degraded working conditions.

The discontent of the profession culminates at the end of 2020, with the proposed Global Security law, adopted on November 24, 2020 by the National Assembly.
