At the town ranch, about 1,600 young cows are kept from the farmers in the town, and about 900 of them that were grazing in the damaged area are returned to the farmers or evacuated to the barn.



Work began in the morning on the 18th, carrying cows on trucks to farms about 6 kilometers away.



The transfer work is scheduled to be completed by the 19th.



According to the town, the loss suffered by the town ranch due to this damage is estimated to be about 16 million yen.
