Chinanews, August 17 According to the official Weibo news of the Jiangsu Health Commission, between 0-24 o'clock on August 16th, 3 new local confirmed cases in Jiangsu (all reported from Yangzhou) were all common types.
The above cases were treated in isolation in designated hospitals.
There were 17 new discharged cases (all confirmed locally).
Details of new cases will be released by relevant districts and cities.
Since July 20, the province has reported a total of 805 local confirmed cases (235 in Nanjing, 12 in Huai'an, 555 in Yangzhou, and 3 in Suqian).
A total of 80 local confirmed cases have been discharged from hospital.
At present, there are 739 confirmed cases treated in isolation in designated hospitals, of which 725 are confirmed locally (131 cases of light type, 549 cases of normal type, 27 cases of severe type, and 18 cases of critical type).
There were 6 cases of asymptomatic infection under medical observation, including 1 case of indigenous asymptomatic infection.
From January 22, 2020 to 24:00 on August 16, 2021, a total of 1,570 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia were reported across the province (including 133 imported from abroad).
