Yamanashi Prefecture also announced that a woman aged 65 and over who had been hospitalized at a medical institution in the prefecture died on the 15th after being confirmed infected with the new coronavirus.
A total of 22 people in the prefecture died after being confirmed infected with the new coronavirus.
