　　At 12:10 on August 14, 2021, a roof fall accident occurred in the 3690 fully mechanized mining face of Qaidar Coal Mine 301, Xihai Coal Development Co., Ltd., in the hot water area of ​​Gangcha County, Haibei Prefecture, Qinghai Province.

Up to now, 2 people have been rescued, of which 1 person was killed, 1 person is not in danger of life, and 19 people are still trapped.

　　"Yesterday at 5:30 in the morning, a total of 11 people in our class and I went down the well. We are mainly responsible for the daily clean-up work." Ma Wenfu told reporters, "Normally, we will leave work at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. But who knows, it's noon. "At that time, I wanted to see how the workers in our class were doing. I turned around and ran back, but the mud had blocked the way back. I only saw a worker lying there with his head and upper body. It was covered by mud and sand. I dug him out together with the workers in the transportation squad and found that he was no longer breathing, so I carried him on the conveyor belt and transported him out.” As he spoke, Ma Wenfu had tears in his eyes.
