Sponsored by the National Art Museum of China, "Advancing in the Rapids-Fine Art Exhibition of Yellow River Themes from the National Art Museum of China" kicked off at the National Art Museum of China on the 13th. A total of 104 Chinese paintings, oil paintings, prints, sculptures, and photography created by the collection of 104 artists were exhibited. A total of 131 works including, watercolor, lacquer painting, comic strips, sketches, and posters.

  As soon as the entrance of the Progress Hall, the classic triptych oil painting "Yellow River Cantata-Exile, Rising Up, Resisting" is oncoming.

The veteran painter Zhan Jianjun, who is more than ancient and rare, is not old. He devoted himself to this theme creation with the high enthusiasm of his youth when he created "The Five Heroes of Langya Mountain".

The majestic composition, the artistic conception of lyric poetry, the imagery modeling, the freehand brushwork, the expressive color, and the musical rhythm that are unique to Zhan Jianjun's oil paintings are all embodied in this work.

  The exhibition is divided into 3 chapters: "The water of the Yellow River comes from the sky", "The era of the Yellow River", "The soul of the Yellow River casts the spirit", showing classic art works on the Yellow River theme created by several generations of artists since the Anti-Japanese War, including Wu Zuoren, Jin Shangyi, Famous masterpieces such as Wu Guanzhong, Yan Han, Yang Lizhou, Wu Weishan and so on.

  It is reported that the exhibition will last until September 22.
