China News Service, Xining, August 14 (Sun Rui) At 12:10 on the 14th, a mud collapse accident occurred in the Qaidar Coal Mine of the Xihai Coal Company in Gangcha County, Haibei Prefecture, Qinghai. There were 21 operators underground.
According to the Qinghai Provincial Emergency Management Department, after the accident, the Qaidar Coal Mine Rescue Team immediately organized rescue operations and rescued 2 people. One of them died, the other was in no life threat, and 19 people were trapped.
At present, the coal mine rescue team and the Haibei prefecture fire brigade have gone to the scene of the accident to carry out rescue operations.
