It's a ride on the water between art and nature.

Once nicknamed the “Venice of vegetables” with its hundreds of floating gardens, the Hortillonnages of Amiens, a unique site in the world, invite to their 12th International Garden Festival with 12 new productions.

Imagined by young artists, landscapers and architects, these installations complete some fifty plastic and bucolic creations that question the world in the face of the ecological and societal challenges of today and tomorrow.

Carmen Lunsmann takes you there by boat.
