Over a large southern half of Ardèche and Drôme, the maximum temperature values ​​were between 33 and 36 ° C, locally 37 ° C, specifies Météo France.

Heat wave episode until Sunday

It will also be hot in the surrounding departments placed in heat wave yellow vigilance.

In Isère, in the Rhône, Hautes-Alpes, Haute-Loire or Lozère, the maximum will go from 33 to 37 ° C.

They can go up to 37-39 ° C in Gard, Vaucluse and Bouches-du-Rhône.

Météo France indicates that on Saturday the temperatures in the departments in orange and yellow vigilance will remain substantially the same as this Friday.

This heatwave episode is expected to continue until Sunday.

The departments of Tarn, Haute-Garonne, Ariège which were in yellow yesterday for a peak of heat return as planned in green vigilance this morning, this Friday day being lower there than the day before with maximum temperatures expected around 30-32 ° C.
