  During the rescue process, firefighters set up one mobile life-saving platform and moved the residents to the kayaks one by one.

Due to the narrow roads and excessive debris in the water, the propellers of the boats cannot be used normally. Firefighters rely on manpower to move the trapped persons to a safe area.
