The body of the Afghan woman, who was allegedly murdered by her brothers in Berlin, is said to have been brought in a suitcase by taxi to the Südkreuz train station.

With a picture of the car, the Berlin criminal police are looking for the taxi driver who drove the two men and the large suitcase on July 13th.

The taxi driver was an important witness, said the police and prosecutors on Thursday.

According to the public prosecutor's office, the brothers, aged 22 and 25, killed their 34-year-old sister "out of an offended sense of honor" in Berlin and brought the body to Bavaria and buried it there.

Surveillance camera footage showed that the suspected brothers were traveling in a taxi.

The car was a Toyota Prius with an advertisement for a furniture store on the side and a small accident damage to the rear right.

The LKA's homicide squad asked the driver to report and asked who can provide information about the taxi or its driver.

The "Bild" newspaper published pictures on Tuesday that show the suspects pulling a heavy trolley suitcase through the busy train station and lifting it into an ICE with two people.

The body was found and identified. The brothers are said to have committed the crime because the sister's life did not correspond to their moral standards. They have been in custody since August 4th. The wife and brothers came to Germany from Afghanistan a few years ago.
