New episode of our series on what the health crisis has changed in the lives of the French.

Travel restrictions, confinements and curfews, but also the limitation of social contacts have limited certain very French habits: sharing a meal with relatives, colleagues, meeting at a restaurant or in a café.

We had to reinvent the art of the table, several times a day.

The crisis has also highlighted the impact of our consumption choices on our environment.

The result of a study by the Agence du Bio, a national agency for the development and promotion of organic farming, the health crisis has led the French to favor local products and short circuits, but also to cook more.

And they are 15% more than in 2020 to consume organic products.

A trend that seems to be taking hold despite the lifting of certain restrictions.

Marie Casadebaig met near Sisteron, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, a couple who decided to permanently change their way of consuming.
