Chinanews, August 10, according to the official Weibo news of the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, between 0-24 o'clock on August 9th, there were 50 newly confirmed cases in Jiangsu (2 cases were reported in Nanjing and 48 cases were reported in Yangzhou). 12 cases were light type, 37 cases were normal type, and 1 case was heavy type.
The above cases were treated in isolation in designated hospitals.
There were 3 new discharged cases (all confirmed locally).
1 case of asymptomatic infection imported from abroad was released from medical observation.
Since July 20th, a total of 642 local confirmed cases have been reported in the province (233 in Nanjing, 12 in Huai'an, 394 in Yangzhou, and 3 in Suqian).
A total of 27 local confirmed cases have been discharged from hospital.
At present, there are 634 confirmed cases treated in isolation in designated hospitals, of which 615 are local confirmed cases (121 cases of light type, 462 cases of normal type, 26 cases of severe type, and 6 cases of critical type).
There were 8 cases of asymptomatic infection under medical observation, including 1 case of indigenous asymptomatic infection.
From January 22, 2020 to 24:00 on August 9, 2021, a total of 1,407 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia were reported in the province (including 133 imported cases).
