Lu Xun's eldest grandson, chairman of the Lu Xun Cultural Foundation, and chairman of the Lu Xun Youth Literature Award Organizing Committee Zhou Lingfei said in a video speech that the Hong Kong District Committee of the Lu Xun Youth Literature Award was formally established this year, opening the door for young people who love to write to compete.

It is understood that the competition is divided into elementary school group, junior high school group, high school group and youth group, attracting more than 500 young people to participate in the preliminary round. After review, 94 contestants entered the semi-finals, and 14 contestants were selected for the national finals.
