The Health Pass comes into effect today
It is the “big day” for the expanded health pass.
The document becomes mandatory this Monday in bars, restaurants, cinemas, hospitals or transport.
This weekend, the government wanted to be reassuring, specifying that there would be a first week of tolerance and “breaking in”.
Already required in places of culture since July 21, it takes the form of a QR code which must be presented for lunch in a restaurant or for a drink on the terrace.

Why the new IPCC report, published today, is eagerly awaited
It is a highly anticipated work on the state of the world in the face of climate change.
This Monday, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) publishes the first part of its sixth assessment report.

Blatter heard one last time in the case of payment to Platini
A final hearing for a very long investigation.
The case of the suspicious payment to Michel Platini on the orders of Sepp Blatter is coming to an end.
The former all-powerful FIFA president will meet with a Swiss prosecutor on Monday around 9 a.m. in Zurich, probably for the last time.
This hearing will only last 90 minutes.
The state of health of the Swiss, aged 85, does not allow to go beyond.
Platini had been heard for the last time in mid-March.
He is now awaiting the decision of the public prosecutor's office, which could either pronounce a dismissal or pave the way for a trial before the Federal Criminal Court of Bellinzona.
