  On August 7, a female employee of Alibaba posted a message saying that when she was on a business trip to Jinan with her superior, she was violated by the leader Wang and the customer Zhang drinking alcohol at the dinner table.

On the 9th, a reporter from Beiqing-Beijing Toutiao learned from the Hangzhou Women’s Federation that it has continued to pay attention to this matter. Currently, the Hangzhou Women’s Federation is studying related measures with the Zhejiang Women’s Federation.

  The female Alibaba employee previously posted that on July 27, she accompanied the team leader Wang on a business trip to Jinan. After a meeting with Jinan Hualian's customers, the group had an appointment with the customer for dinner.

At the dinner table, the female employee was persuaded by Wang several times to drink. After she was drunk and unconscious, the customer Zhang first kissed and touched her at the dinner table, and then took her to an unmanned private room to molest her.

After that, Wang sent her back to the hotel, who was unconsciously drunk, and went into and out of the women's room four times.

And Zhang, an employee of Jinan Hualian Supermarket, previously responded to the media saying that it was just a normal wine shop, with hugs but no kisses, and did not take the female employee to other private rooms.

  Regarding the "Alibaba female employees being violated", on the 9th, Beiqing-Beijing Toutiao reporter learned from the Hangzhou Women's Federation that the Hangzhou Women's Federation has continued to pay attention to this matter and is studying related measures with the Provincial Women's Federation.

  Jinan Hualian Supermarket issued a statement on August 8 stating that Hualian Supermarket will fully cooperate with the police in this incident, and the suspected employee has been suspended and is under police investigation.

Ali announced its decision on handling the incident in the early morning of the 9th. The male employee involved was dismissed and will never be hired. The police are investigating and collecting evidence regarding whether they have violated the law.

In addition, Li Yonghe, president of Alibaba's intra-city retail business group, and HRG Xu Kun resigned and gave Alibaba chief human resources officer Tong Wenhong a demerit.
